4:25 pm	Idiot Okay today started off well, i weighed myself and i had lost 6 pounds, everyrhing was going to plan. Then bout an hour ago, like a fat stupid pig i went off and stuffed my face! and ive probably put the weight back on again, i had an ommlette, choclate bar and cereals which goes on top of cereals i had for lunch! i feel so angry and pissed off at meself cant believe i fooked it all up in one stupid moment Current Mood: dirty (Comment on this)

3:15 pm	Omg Omg!! ive done alrite today, ive only had around 160 cals so far from eating 2 slices of bread and ive alos had some "negative" calories from cucumber and lettuce. But... My mums making a facking roast dinner which i REALLY dont want to eat at all, im gonna eat the vegies which is alrite but then i have to bypass the pudding, lamb and roast potatoes arghhh!so im proper freaked out not knowing how many cals are gunna be in the meal :( Current Mood: discontent (4 Comments |Comment on this)

12:14 pm	im on my third day on 300cal aday thing and at the moment im getting thru, but my parents have just gone out for the weekly shop:( and as usual theyre gonna buy a load of fattening crap like trifle and pizzas, and at dinner theyre gonna be eating it infront of me, it makes feel sick even thinking about it! but anywhy im gonna fight the temptation and think THIN! At the moment im a huge 74kg (yes 74!) and i proper hate it! im on a 400cal a day at the moment and im feelin real good, just drinking water through the day which seems to stop me from wanting food.
